GLENDA ANDERSON
CEO
As CEO and founder of Details International and in her position as Master Designer, she oversees all design work and monitors client relationships. Since forming the company in 1989, Glenda has attracted a clientele not just from Hawaii, but from Washington D.C. to Palm Desert, from Guam and Singapore to a palace for the royal family in Malaysia. She has also consulted in France and Italy. This broad international reach and experience has positioned Details International and its founder as a unique design resource in Honolulu.
LUKE ANDERSON
VICE PRESIDENT
Luke began his Details journey attending trade shows and researching new products while traveling with his mother (our CEO) in Europe. He also designed several beautiful and unique kitchens, one of which is still in our gallery. Now, after years away, he returns to the family business to handles logistics in the family business, and is here in Hawaii to stay.
TIM ANDERSON
PRESIDENT
Tim has spent his entire adult life in creative environments. Following service in Viet Nam he went into advertising where he became creative director at several major agencies working on prime national accounts. Now at Details, he brings years of experience in creative management, branding and strategic marketing. If you come across him in the showroom ask him how accurate the Mad Men series was.
DENISE POWELL
COO
Denise manages daily operations and leads strategic development of the business. She grew up in Southern California in a highly artistic family and received a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from California State University Long Beach. Denise has founded and managed her own design firms in California and the Midwest and now brings that leadership and design experience to Details International clients here in Hawaii. Once a Malibu local, she now calls the North Shore home.
HEEJIN UCHIMURA
SENIOR DESIGNER
Heejin loves to discover new and unique design solutions, then bring them to her clients with a contagious enthusiasm. After earning her design degree she explored several design specialties including set designs for theater. Fortunately for us, she has focused on kitchen and bath design for the last 10 years.
DOROTHY MARSH
BOOKKEEPER
In addition to keeping the finances straight, she brings a wealth of customer service experience from her successful career at Aloha Airlines. She frequently brightens the day of all around her.
